My ES 350 has started grinding when I brake and it's getting worse by the day, to the point where I'm cringing every time I come to a stop. I know I've left it too long, the squealing was there for weeks before this and I kept putting it off. Now I'm worried I've damaged the discs as well and it's going to be a much bigger bill. , but I want to know what I'm actually in for before I go in. How much should pads and discs cost on an ES 350, and is there any way to tell from the sound whether it's just pads or the discs are gone too? I'd rather go in with some idea than get quoted whatever they feel like.
