Weekly wash for a work vehicle, is a monthly package worth it or should I just pay per wash?

I drive a Ranger for work, it's got toolboxes in the back and it lives a rough life between site visits and the corniche traffic, so it's always coated in a layer of dust within a day of washing. I've been paying per wash at random places and it's adding up more than I realised, roughly 25 each time and I'm going about twice a week now. Someone suggested finding a trusted car wash and valet center in Musaffah Industrial and asking about a monthly subscription or package deal instead of paying each visit. Is that actually a thing here, and does it save you meaningful money or do they just cap the number of washes so it works out the same? Also curious whether the monthly ones include interior or if that's always an add on, because with three guys sharing this truck the inside gets grim fast. Would rather hear from someone who's actually on a package than get a sales pitch at the counter.
