Guide to Using Permanent Unlock Tokens in Black Ops 6

Knowing how to use Permanent Unlock tokens in Black Ops 6 is crucial for enhancing your progression and gameplay experience. These tokens enable players to permanently unlock their favorite weapons, equipment, Perks, or Wildcards, ensuring they remain accessible even after a Prestige reset.

What is a Permanent Unlock token in BO6?

This is a special item that grants players access to specific weapons, equipment, Perks, or Wildcards for good, regardless of their level or Prestige rank. Once you use a token, the unlocked item becomes available immediately, and it remains unlocked even after resetting your progress during Prestige.

How to get Permanent Unlock token

You’ll receive a Permanent Unlock token every time you reach a new Prestige level, up to Prestige 10. Since these tokens are limited, it’s important to use them wisely, prioritizing items that best complement your playstyle.

Once you achieve Prestige Master, all level-based unlocks become permanently available, eliminating the need for additional tokens.

How to use Permanent Unlock token

From the main Multiplayer menu, navigate to the Barracks section.
Access the Progression tab.
Open Level Unlocks to see the list of weapons, equipment, Perks, or Wildcards available to unlock.
Locate the item you want to unlock permanently.
Once selected, click on the “Use Permanent Unlock” option. The item will then be unlocked for permanent use, regardless of future Prestige resets.

To get the most value out of your tokens, we suggest unlocking the Perk Greed Wildcard first, followed by the Perks that best match your playstyle. This ensures you’ll always have access to these essential Perks and their advantages, giving you a consistent edge in every match.
